Conrad was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, to Polish parents who immigrated to the United States in 1988. Raised by a nurse and a tool-and-die maker, he watched both parents work multiple jobs to provide for their family and pursue the American dream. Their example instilled in him a lasting respect for hard work and shaped his early interest in how invested capital could supplement earned income and support long-term wealth creation.
Conrad began trading in financial markets at age 16. In college, he developed multivariate price-prediction models to evaluate how economic, fundamental and market variables could influence asset prices. This work shaped his investment philosophy: build positions supported by long-term conviction while strategically using derivatives to manage risk, generate income and adapt across changing market conditions.
Conrad began his professional career as an engineer in the oil and gas industry, working on drilling rigs and hydraulic-fracturing operations across West Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota. The experience strengthened his analytical discipline and provided the capital he used to build an investment portfolio that ultimately became the foundation for Polonia Capital.

With 16 years of investment and trading experience, Conrad develops investment strategies across traditional assets and derivatives. His process combines rigorous, data-driven analysis with disciplined risk management to identify opportunities across changing market environments. Conrad brings 8 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate. In addition to evaluating acquisitions and new investment opportunities, he oversees the day-to-day management of the firm’s property-management division. This hands-on operating responsibility informs an active-management approach focused on preserving and protecting investor capital, strengthening property performance, and creating long-term value.
